The seed for Quiet Noise Brewing was planted when more and more of my friends started cutting back on their alcohol intake. As one of Ireland’s only qualified craft beer sommeliers and as a passionate craft beer lover great beer has played a part in my life for a very long time! As my friends and I looked to continue to improve lives through health and fitness, one area was incompatible with the rest. Alcohol-drenched nights and weekends that resulted in unproductive hangovers and unhealthy meals had no place in a demanding career and busy family lives.

I still love and enjoy great beer in all its wonderful and varying styles… but more and more the negative effects of the alcohol were starting to counteract the enjoyment of the beer! I started looking for a refreshing beverage that was easy to order and carried no social stigma.

There was only one way to find out. I teamed up with some of the best craft brewers around and after countless batches on small-scale equipment, we landed on recipes that we are proud to call our own.
